1. Install the IP Camera Software in your local computer.
2. Turn on the software, in 'Network', set a port, e.g. 85
3. In Router, forward the port 85 to IP camera's address. (You can find the address in the software)

Turn on ANY web browser in your computer or Phone.
Type your IP camera's EXTERNAL IP address and port number.
Then you will see the video.

2. The IP address and port number Example: http://98.88.62.15:85
