In July or August of 2010 our business purchased a PC based DVR system from you. It was purchased under the name of Riel. I am trying to set my iPad up to view the security cameras. I have installed the app Super Cam, and have typed our server address into it, followed by a colon and the port number (1160 in our case). When I try to log into the system, I get an error message telling me, “Get http content failed!”. Could you help me to be able to view my security cameras from my iPad, please? Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Ipad is same as Iphone.
1. Use the same free SuperCam from App Store.
2. Please try 2 methods:
your ip address
3. try with correct data port or the web port.
(1160 or your web port)
4. Make sure your computer can see remote video before using ipad.
5. Furthermore, DVR External IP address is different with Local IP address.
