Security DVR Model# DVR304 Network Config Questions

> I recently purchased a DVR304 and I am trying to configure it to view over the internet. Where do I find the MAC address for my unit? The instructions state it is the same as the serial number of the unit. It then errors out stating that it is not a correct MAC address.

For network setup, nothing related to MAC address.

Please only do configuration with the IP address.

DVR Network setup has 2 steps:

1. DVR network setup, insert all network information in your DVR. (please follow the DVR user manual)
