CCTVDirectBuy Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of Digital Video Systems (DVR) and/or related products and/or services and support sold by CCTVDIRECTBUY (Company) provided to you (Customer). By accepting delivery of the Product, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE A SEPARATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH COMPANY, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMEMENT SHALL GOVERN.
Prices in effect at the time of shipment of goods or performance of services shall prevail. All prices quoted by Company are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any present or future sales, use, excise, value-added or similar taxes and, where applicable, such taxes shall/may be billed as a separate item and paid by Customer. A Quotation, Estimate, Statement of Work or Proposal is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Errors or omissions in price are subject to correction by Company.
2. Limited Warranty
Company warrants that the Products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated differently in writing. If the Products do not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period (herein above specified), Buyer shall notify Company in writing of the claimed defects and demonstrate to Company satisfaction that said defects are covered by this Limited Warranty. Any damages or physical alterations done to merchandise by any unnatural causes will void warranty. If the defects are properly reported to Company within the warranty period, and the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, Company shall, at its own expense, furnish, replacement Products or, at Company's option, replacement parts for the defective Parts. Shipping and installation of the replacement Products or replacement parts shall be at the Buyer's expense.
Company doesn’t warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use of handling of the products; against defects or damages arising from improper installation.
3. Return Policy
(1) If you are not completely satisfied with our product, returning can be made for a full refund (buyer pays shipping fee) when notified within 14 days. All products must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging to receive a refund. If not, there will be a 20% charge due to we will have to sell it as used item. If product is damaged, no money will be refunded!
(2) There will be a 20% restocking charge for merchandise accepted for return after 14 days. Credit may be denied in the event that the product is returned damaged, missing parts or packaging materials. No Return/Refund for item has been purchased for more than 2 month.
(3) An RMA number (Return Material Authorization) must be acquired within return window and is required for any returning or repairing equipment. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. RMA numbers are only issued by our customer support department.
(4) Products with quality defects can be returned and refunded within 14 days.
(5) Products with quality defects can be returned and replaced within 30 days.
(6) Products with quality defects can be returned and repaired within 1 year.

4. Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances cctvdirectbuy.com maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Cctvdirectbuy.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Cctvdirectbuy.com shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunctions, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not cctvdirectbuy.com is appraised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
